Want An Easy Way To Print Out The Amount On Your Checks??Feb 26, 2010 This Check Writer is your basic machine. It took me less than five minutes to read the phamplet, plug it in, and print out an amount on my check. The price was right and it included two extra ink cartridges. But keep in mind that it only prints out the amount in numbers - NOT IN WORDS. It also does not print out the Pay To information. Just numbers. Up to 14 numbers. Is suppose to keep a running total of checks and amount, but I haven't use it yet. Just tried it out. Oh, it does have a security pass code. So only the person(s) who know the code can use the machine. I like it and plan on using it often.
