I work at western union money transfer and in a single day we have to count and check a big amount of cash
And this is the most useful & accurate item I've ever seen, I use this detector to check any kind of currency
since the pen doesn't always work this detector is pretty accurate
It also have a violet light that makes the lines on every bill appears clearer
over all = very satisfied =)

Tried it on bills. It doesn't work. The UV light works, but not the bill detector. Unless my bank is handing me phony bills, this thing doesn't work.

The UV ligth does not work in UV frecuency range, you can see only a blue shadow
The magnetic reader is too low sensible
I pay too much for the equipment, I expected something better
I say it is a realy bad equipment
