People Tally - Great stuffJul 22, 2007

We bought these for a convention to record the number of people attending a specific function. The counters worked flawless and very accurate. The best thing is that without much training my counters were off and running.

broke as soom as I opened the packageJan 28, 2009
By Me I was very pleased with how quickly this product arrived (next day). But not at all pleased with how it fell apart the second I opened the package. I got out a screw driver and tried to get the screws back in but they were a little too sort to work properly. It is being held together with tape right now. It does work though. I suppose that's what I get for buying the cheap one.
Does exactly what it's supposed to.Nov 16, 2011
By ZzAzZ Short and to the point, this does exactly what it is supposed to, and has perfectly for a year now.
Nice little quality hand counter.Nov 13, 2011
By BobRobert I bought this neat little counter to help me keep track of how many laps I've done up and down my long driveway each day when I'm getting in my walking exercise. Reading a few of the reviews for it I was a little skeptical of what I was buying, but I found the low reviews to be just wrong about this little gadget.
It's a simple mechanical counter that easily fits comfortably in the palm of your hand. It has a ring that you place your middle finger (yes, the bird finger) through that allows you to hold it in your palm making it easy to click the lever with your thumb when you want to add to the tally. To reset the count, it has a simple dial on the side that quickly and easily allows you to set it back to zero. No batteries, nothing electronic, just a mechanical device that helps you keep count of whatever you are counting.
As to it's durability, it came out of the box ready to use. I've to date dropped it on concrete a few times, and on one occasion actually booted it twice into a concrete wall trying to grab it up without stopping my walk. It still works like new, and I'm now a big believer in using the ring feature on it to keep it in my hand.
In summary, it's simple, easy to use, durable, and comfortable in the hand. It does exactly what I want it to do, no more and no less, so I give it 5 stars. I recommend it if all you want is a simple counter.
