All compatible products sold by United Banking Supplies are guaranteed to ensure your satisfaction.  Specifically, we guarantee the following:

• The compatible products are manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications.
• The products are shipped right out of the factory to ensure fresh products with maximum shelf life
• We guarantee that the products will perform as well as the OEM.

In the unlikely event, if our product does not perform up to OEM specifications, we will gladly accept return and issue a refund.

All returns and refunds are covered under our 30-day return period are subject to the following:

• To get an authorization for all Returns and Exchanges please contact us;
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by United Banking Supplies must accompany all returns.
• RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 30 days from the date the product was shipped out to you. 
• All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
• Please allow 1-2 weeks to process all refunds.
